Being in balance is the most effective way to move your life forward in the direction you choose.

This series of classes is about finding balance in all aspects of your life, and recognizing that things are likely to go out of control when you are out of balance.

Since noticing the need for balance is only part of the work, this class will give you tools to take the next steps:

  • Connecting to both Universal Energy and the physical plane

  • Identifying when you’re out of balance…before things fall apart around you.

  • Regaining your balance with tools provided in class.

  • Learning a short daily routine to maintain balance.

As a result of this class series you can expect to:

  • Feel calmer and more in control.

  • Be better able to maintain balance.

  • Be more comfortable setting and honoring your boundaries.

  • Gain confidence to move more purposefully through life.

  • Avoid being sidelined by each new demand on your time, energy, and attention.

Too Late to go Back To Sleep

“Too late to go back to sleep…”

I love theater and this is a quote from “Defying Gravity”, a song from the musical Wicked. I admit, somewhat sheepishly, that until now I didn’t really know what it meant in the context of the song. Recently the full intent of it hit me like a ton of brick. I had just received a message from spirit that basically pushed me out of the proverbial (cozy and warm) nest and the realization that once awakened to the full enormity of All that is, it is impossible “to go back to sleep”. How I processed that went something like : “wow, that was a lot of intense information, all I really want to do is crawl in a corner and forget about it for a while, maybe it won’t seem so challenging after a bit of time away from it.” Pause for thinking and a little hyperventilating, then “oh, that was the message. There is no more time, the time is now and I have to act. Shoot! Can’t I just have a little more time pretending I don’t know it? No? Oh blast.” Then the song came into my head and a light bulb went on.  That’s what the song meant! Once youknow, you can’t pretend that you don’t know. You can’t “go back to sleep.” You have to move forward and put fear, doubt and second-guessing aside.

This series of classes is about finding balance in all aspects of your life, and recognizing that things are likely to go out of control when you are out of balance.

Since noticing the need for balance is only part of the work, this class will give you tools to take the next steps:

  • Connecting to both Universal Energy and the physical plane

  • Identifying when you’re out of balance…before things fall apart around you.

  • Regaining your balance with tools provided in class.

  • Learning a short daily routine to maintain balance.

As a result of this class series you can expect to:

  • Feel calmer and more in control.

  • Be better able to maintain balance.

  • Be more comfortable setting and honoring your boundaries.

  • Gain confidence to move more purposefully through life.

  • Avoid being sidelined by each new demand on your time, energy, and attention.

The previous 4 weeks of this session on The Stairs portion of The Map have allowed you to be aware of and decide on the persona you share with the world, acknowledge and support your inner child, accept and integrate the many facets of yourself, and forgive everything in your past.

These classes have resulted in major shifts in how you see yourself and your role in the world. Now it’s time to wrap up the work and allow it all to settle in so you have a renewed sense of self and feel fully empowered to take on your next stage in life.

Each time we meet we’ll begin with a group meditation. This meditation will focus on joining together all of our energies and those of our guides and non-physical support to create a safe space in which to explore our abilities beyond the 5 senses.
We’ll work together as a group on some nights and in smaller groups or in pairs on others.
The focus is on practice and experimentation while we push through our comfort zone into the next level of our own connection with Spirit.

We encourage everyone to join us in our comfortable and judgement-free zone. This meets monthly and alternates months between our space in Mansfield at Center for Holistic Healing and Art and Uplifting Connections in Bridgewater, MA.

Subjects may include but are not limited to: psychometry, crystals, energy of color, aura work, pyramid, angelic realm exploration, working with Spirit Guides, meditation journeying, trance meditation, channeling, flame cards, scrying, emotional and physical intuition, physical mediumship, spirit art.
